Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in Sunrise Preschool. We are honored that you are considering us as a partner in your child's early education.
At Sunrise Preschool, we are committed to providing a high-quality, developmentally appropriate education in a loving, Christ-centered environment. Our experienced teachers are well-qualified professionally and are dedicated to nurturing each child's academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. Through caring relationships, engaging learning experiences, and God's love, we strive to create a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to discover, learn, grow, and thrive.
Sunrise Preschool is a ministry of First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena. We consider it a privilege to share God's love with our students each day through Bible stories, prayer, worship, and Christ-centered values. Our preschool is an extension of the church's ministry to families, offering a welcoming community where children and parents can grow together. If you do not already have a church home, we would be delighted to welcome you and your family to worship with us. New Students

Tour Our School
Sunrise Preschool requires all new students to tour the facility with our Director. While on your tour you will receive a packet of information about our school, learn about our program, curriculum, philosophy and fees from our Director, and also have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. If you have not already done so, please contact the office to schedule a tour of our school. We would love to meet you!
Registration Process
All students must complete a registration form and submit a non-refundable* registration fee. The registration form can be completed online by accessing the link below. You can also stop by the office to complete the registration process in person as well. Please complete a separate registration form and pay a separate registration fee for each school session you would like your child to attend.
Confirmation
Parents will be contacted to confirm enrollment or wait-list status. *If a student is placed on the wait-list, the registration fee will be returned and will not be due until a space in the class becomes available.
Additional enrollment forms
Additional enrollment forms will be made available after confirmed enrollment and be due back before starting school.
Immunization Requirements
All immunization requirements as mandated by the Department of Social Services and the California Department of Health Services must be submitted before children can attend classes.
Re-registration Process
Registration begins the second week of January. All continuing students receive priority registration. All continuing students must submit a Registration Form and a non-refundable* registration fee each session as a statement of their intent to participate for the following school session on their priority registration day. In order to hold their space on the roster, the Registration Form and fee need to be received on their priority registration day.
